Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services in Node.js or Python
  • Design scalable data models for policy versioning, approvals, and audit history
  • Integrate with AI/LLM services and ensure reliable, low-latency responses
  • Own infrastructure reliability, monitoring, and performance
  • Collaborate closely with the product and AI teams on new feature development

Requirements

  • 5+ years of backend engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency in Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL or similar

  • Act as the subject-matter expert during customer onboarding and policy review sessions
  • Collaborate with the product and AI teams to encode regulatory logic directly into the platform

Requirements

  • 3+ years in GRC, compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs
  • Deep familiarity with Saudi regulatory frameworks, NCA, CMA, SAMA, or Saudi Labor Law
  • Experience writing, auditing, or reviewing corporate policies
  • Strong professional writing skills in Arabic
  • Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
